Overrated
This restaurant is overrated. The food was adequate. Considering the high prices one might think the use of rice & potato fillers would be minimized.The waiter was rude i.e. interrupting customer conversation as if it were his night out.    [28 Sep 2003 14:41:21]

Mmm, Yummy
I love the Greek food here; it is amazing, and I have tried quite a few different restaurants.

The potatoes are incredible [..]. There is also a little market where you can pick up just about anything from the menu to cook for yourself at home.

All around it is awesome, although I do find the interior a little cramped and busy -- authentic Greek, I suppose. Also it is true, the menu items cost a pretty penny. I would recommend the Chris' Platter with suvlakia instead of the moussaka.    [31 Dec 2003 20:59:10]

Lost its Touch
Been going to the Greek House for ages. I live in Vancouver and holiday in the Kelowna-Winfield area. The last couple of years I have had inadequate experiences [there]. Don't Miss It
We've been visiting The Greek House frequently for years, and are always delighted by the food, service and ambiance. Despite other reviewers' quibbles, we find none -- in fact, we've been known to order extra potatoes! Overpriced formula food
Way overpriced for the quality of food, service and "ambience". If you like to overeat on lots of heavily oiled food, and quantity is more important than quality (or the price/value ratio), then this place is for you.    [01 May 2006 16:38:25]

Pretty Good, if your craving greek
I found that as far as greek goes it is pretty good. The potatoes are excellent, greek salad was tasty but the portions of all sides seem quite small for the price.
UP the portions or lower the price by a couple $$$.
Tables are closer together, but it is a friendly atmosphere.
Patio heaters and blankets would be ideal to have more customers use the outdoor tables, as it is very beautiful in the front.    [17 Sep 2006 22:14:03]
