Where is my lobster?
On October 15, 2005 my boyfriend and I arrived at the Bedford House for his birthday dinner. We ordered steak and lobster, but when our order showed up it was minus the lobster.

Our waitress was no help what so ever and didn't even seem to care. Her one comment was "well i guess you'll just have to come back again for lobster".
To my surprise when i did call to talk to the owner/owners 3 different times, my calls were not returned.
I had left my name, number and a detailed description of the very poor service our waitress gave us and apparently they don't seem to care.
I am extremely shocked as to how little anyone did infact care about my complaint. I have always had great service and wonderful food while dining at the Bedford House, but obviously that has changed.    [21 Nov 2005 17:34:54]
