missing all the main ingredients...
I am not sure what to say here, I stopped in at the Burger King on Lougheed in Maple Ridge and what should have been a quick dinner turned out to be the worst meal of the year.

I ordered a combo, but I was told that they were out of the baked potato, which was promised in the description. I settled for the salad, nope.. sorry; we're out.

I went for the onion rings, uh...?? onion rings? So, I am now getting a burger, drink (no ice), regular fries, and no I don't want ice for the third time.

What I got, was an old burger (hard on top and soggy in the middle), cold fries and yes.. ice in my pop... I am unsure what it takes to work at Burger King but they really have no idea about customer service it seems. I'm not saying all of the restaurants are that poor, but I do have my doubts here.

After some conversation with the staff and a little waiting.. I finally received the correct order, and not really what I had started out to get.

And so my quick dinner now turned out to be more trouble then it was worth, sorry to be such a wet blanket but I like to get what I pay for.. call me silly.

Staff needs supervision
It feels like a school. The staff are rude and do as they please. Someone's really got to supervise the place with some authority. I used to go to this location 3 times a week and now a mere once a month or so.    [22 Jun 2004 00:21:08]
