Attention District Manager or Owner
Today Friday June 4, 2004 around 7:30pm I went to [this] location located by A&W Restaurant on the Lougheed. [..]

There were people waiting for their orders and it looked like new staff trying to learn their duties. This lady -- the manager -- was standing at the till in a black shirt, [and] was yelling at all her staff members in front of the customers telling them that they are pathetic and need to do their jobs correctly and they are doing everything wrong.

[..] The manager just couldn't read a receipt on the pizza box and grabbed the wrong order herself. I [wouldn't] blame the staff if they would all walk out on her and find new jobs because there is no reason for them to put up with someone who treats them like shit! This manager did not stop there, she [yelled] at customers as well.

Next, I came up to the till to order my food and she had me repeat my name 5 times. On the 2nd time she could not get my name. I even spelt it out for her, [but] she still could not get it right. [..] Please do these employees a favor and get a new manager in for the store who enjoys working with people and treat them with respect.    [05 Jun 2004 00:47:06]
