China Beach -- A Great Place to Eat! In my years of visiting Naramata (of which there have been many) China Beach has always been a favourite stomping ground. From their amiable service and pleasant atmosphere it has always been an enjoyable occasion. They have a quaint little ice cream vending area with a respectable selection, and a nice variety of quite good food.
I would definitely suggest it for tasty meal, and they're open quite late which is perfect for an evening snack after a full evening at the nearby Naramata center. [18 Aug 2002 21:41:32]

Charming Piece of Culture I lived for two summers in Naramata as a cherry picker and China Beach has always been a highly recommended munchie-stop for my friends and I. Good food, amazing service and a relaxing, exotic ambiance.
Even now, far from Naramata, I would be so happy to taste one of their stir-fries or soups just like they use to cook back then (last 2 summers). Compared to the prices tagged on the general store products near China Beach, for a healthy and tasty meal, it is way better for your wallet and stomach to stop at China Beach. Smiles are free! Say hi to the father, he's the coolest! [30 Dec 2002 22:45:13]

I have visited Naramata for the past five summers. A visit wouldn't be complete without a stop at China Beach restaurant.
The small family restaurant welcomes you as if you were coming to dinner at their own home. Decent Chinese food along with all the staples of a diner. Don't forget to also go for an evening ice cream, finished with a stroll through the village. [20 Aug 2003 12:14:10]

Love It I go to the Naramata Centre Music week every year, and we always stop at China Beach for ice cream and food. [12 Jan 2004 15:17:41]
