Description
An extensively refurbished 12-room Inn located by Okanagan Lake houses the "Rock Oven Dining Room" (multi-course tasting menus) and the "Cobblestone Wine Bar" (a la carte). Food service in both focuses on local ingredients and wine country cuisine.
The wine bar is located in the downstairs portion of the building, which opens up to the sunken wine bar patio outside. Features live Jazz and Blues most Fridays.

Beautiful Atmosphere What could be nicer than sitting outside on a warm Okanagan fall evening, sipping on a glass of well-chosen local wine, in pleasant company? The wine bar patio does atmosphere to a T, and looks after lots of little details.
The menu is inspired, imaginative, reasonably priced, and tasty. We've ordered appetizer dishes here (gourmet pizzas, calamari), as well as halibut and rack of lamb. The vegetables on the mains have been done with quite a bit of care, which is a telltale sign that the kitchen is paying attention.
The lamb can be a little gristly, and one dessert recently disappointed by not using fresh fruit, but overall, the quality and flavours are there in full force.
Service is attentive and prompt, albeit a little distant sometimes.
Definitely a highlight of any wine country tour to the area, especially with so many fascinating wineries to visit in Naramata. [13 Sep 2002 03:56:28]

Average and Pricey. Very disappointed with our fall experience. The food was average to bland. Totally overengineered and try hard cuisine made it hard to stomach the prices from $24 to $30 an entree. My veal was like leather and my partners tuna was overcooked. The desserts were average. The only stand out was the wonderful service. [02 Feb 2005 17:54:44]

Poor. This weekend I went to a wedding there. The bride and groom had booked the entire inn for a couple of days. Definately would have costed a fortune for the accomodation, have the wedding and the spas etc. I thought the female owner rarely smiled and came across quite rude and abrupt to people - but put on the happiest face when the bride and groom were around of course! I witnessed this as did other fellow guests.
The younger male servers that were outside whilst they were cooking the food were all very friendly. There was another female front desk staff that didn't smile either and requests seemed like too much of an effort. A smile goes a long way and I don't see why it was so hard for people to have one.
