Carbonara
This is the only restaurant that I have found that is able to offer a real Italian style dry carbonara without the cream sauce ever since coming to Canada 10 years ago. Also, all the pastas are cooked right and al dente.    [15 Feb 2006 18:29:31]

Aldo's is the best Italian food
I have been a client of Aldo's for over 12 years and this is the best Italian food in town. Their pasta sauces are homemade and made with the freshest ingredients. The gnocchi are homemade and the best I have ever had.    [16 Feb 2006 22:48:03]

Voted the Best Italian food in New West in 2006
Read it in the Local paper that it was voted the best Italian food in New West so i decided to give it a try. And it was great I have not had Italian food like this for a every long time.
