Food is overpriced for what you get (quantity- and quality-wise). Not that the food is bad, but it's not exceptional. The service is slack every time (I've been there around 6 times) except in the lounge, where the service was wonderful. Most of the time waiters or waitresses seem to try too hard or seem to be forced to act pleasantly that it just backfires.    [23 Oct 2004 15:59:12]

Wedding reception
We had our wedding dinner at the Boathouse restaurant in June, 2004, and the food was outstanding, the service attentive, and our special-diet wedding cake perfect! We still dream of the salmon with the 3-mustard sauce, which we will go back for one of these days - we are from California! My favorite restaurant in the world!    [15 Jun 2005 18:37:20]
