Blind Angler Grill Peachland Waterfront Restaurant is actually the Blind Angler Grill and it's fabulous! Try the ginger salmon sake, or the seafood linguine - yum! [27 Jun 2004 14:35:03]

Marvelous View There are many reasons to stop at the Blind Angler, though if our lunch was any indication, food isn't one of those reasons. Our party of 4 had lunch here. The location is terrific with a marvelous view of the lake. [13 Aug 2004 13:13:16]

Waterfront Funky Dining The Blind Angler has been here now for a couple of years, and it's added a lot to the dining choices in this little town.
The location on the waterfront is impressive, overlooking the marina and the lake. You can dine outside, or in.
Menu selections range from simple and predictable appetizers and burgers to delightful starters such as mussels done in Pernod, a tasty spinach salad, a solid Caesar salad, and mains of steaks, Asian- inspired dishes, and seafood.
Atmosphere is casual, appealing to the tourist traffic as well as the locals looking for something above average.
Patrons are looked after very well; servers and the owners are friendly, and repeat customers can expect to be recognized. [22 Aug 2004 03:05:34]

Worth the Drive Such a wonderful restaurant and well worth the drive from Kelowna. The restaurant has a quaint decor with a 'speakeasy' feel. My husband and I had tried most of the entrees and we have never been disappointed. It's so refreshing to go to a restaurant that is actually run by the owner, instead of only meeting the owner/manager if a problem arises. We have a 1 year old and the staff/owner's love babies, which is a nice change from many restaurants. [19 Sep 2004 13:42:58]

Well Worth the Drive I'm from Calgary and the Blind Angler Grill was recommended to me by frequent visitors to Peachland. The food is fantastic and the view beautiful.
I have two children and they were welcomed 'open armed'. I have yet to be disappointed with the food or service and it is nice to have owner/operators so hands on. Go try it out, you won't be disappointed! [28 Sep 2004 13:44:49]

Awesome View, Awesome Food We visit Kelowna at least once a year and always make at least one trek to the Blind Angler, usually for breakfast. The food never disappoints us. The view for us former B.C.ers is heaven and the staff is always friendly never ever too rushed to talk or tell a joke. [16 Oct 2005 21:09:59]

Nice Presentation, Good Value, Yummmy Looking for upbeat, non stuffy, great selections - we found it at the Blind Angler. Best burgers (secret recipe), the mussels, fresh crisp greens, tasty pastas, quirky energetic service, and the view...we have yet to be disappointed.

Great food, service was off though We were visiting from Idaho and stopped at the Blind Angler for a beer and appetizer (spring rolls), they were so yummy we decided to come back the following night for dinner.
It was very busy but luckily we'd made reservations. We were seated by the food runner/busser and were then promptly forgotten about. We finally managed to get the bussers attention who got our drink order and gave it to one of the two waitresses who again promptly forgot us!
15 minutes later we flagged down the busser who was embarrassed that one of the waitresses hadn't come over as she had pointed us out. We wanted to hear the specials so waited for a waitress. When one finally appeared she wasn't apologetic and just asked if we wanted to order something, we had to ask her about the specials.
We finally got the food (which luckily was good enough to make up for the bad service) and then, when we had to go up to the front to ask for our bill, our waitress asked us "and where were you sitting?". My husband replied "over there, we're the table you forgot".
There will be a next time as we loved the location and food, it's just a pity our evening was spoiled by bad service. [21 May 2008 11:38:40]

Best restaurant in the Okanagan? My family and I eat at Blind Angler many times a month. We just can't get enough. We have two small children - three and one years old - and they love it too. In fact, it is my three-year-old's favourite restaurant. The lovely ladies serving are awesome. The cooks are magnificent. There's nothing bad on the menu, and I can say this with confidence as between my wife, myself and people we take there, we've eaten just about everything on the menu.
For those who don't like fish, don't let the name fool you. There's more on the menu that is fish-free and seafood-free than there is that contains it.
Don't let the restaurant exterior fool you either. The inside is tastefully decorated and the atmosphere overall is cozy. [06 Sep 2008 15:37:29]
