Worst Service Ever
My sister and our 2 kids went into the Boston Pizza today and waited over 15 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order. With two little kids 15 minutes can sometimes seem forever.

When our waitress finally arrived we were just getting ready to leave. Anyhow, we order our food and when it arrives there is a nice hair baked right into the crust of the pizza. The waitress was somewhat embarrassed, but you could tell that she didn't care.

So would I go to Boston Pizza again? Definitely not for a long time. It's too bad too, because we have a ball team that would love to eat somewhere. And it won't be there.    [28 Apr 2004 17:36:17]

Don't Order Deliver
Boston has always been one of my favorites. A couple times a month our family orders 2 med pizzas and 2 rib meals. Fair sized order and didn't mind paying premium price for good food.

They no longer deliver themselves the contract it out.

The last 5 times have been a disaster.

First 2 times it arrived cold, then it was not what we ordered, then the driver had put something heavy on the pizza and squished it into the box (I had to get really upset to have Boston replace it and they insisted on taking the 2 pizzas back), then it was again ice cold.

I complained to BP Canada and received an apology from the president, and he advised that the local manager would get in touch with me. 3 months later I still have not heard from him.

Good 'ol BP's
Have been there 3 times in the last month. I find the food is as good as always, very dependable flavour... however the service is questionable. They are nice, but not quick or alert... I'd still go back though because the food is exactly what I want and expect    [31 Jan 2007 01:16:33]
