Why Can't they Do It Your Way
They forget things. They make it wrong. They don't apologize. Even the managers and owners don't care.

Not once have they said "ohh we are so sorry, have a free meal next time." It was "oh, your next burger is free" (what good is that when I already paid for it and didn't get it in the 1st place).

bad service
well my husband and i went to buger king in penticton we had to order are food like 5 times still did not get it right so we asked for are money back and they were still rude about it the manager was very rude she gave us our money back and when i was leaving the store she said whatever and im sorry you should not be like that to your customers and in front off others i ther. im sorry but the one person takeing our order was rude, we will never go back to that bk again im not happy with the manager or the two employes they need to speak up and be more happy not look so mad or be rude. my husband was very mad he left the store and waited out at the car for me cause i was waiting to get our money back and he was very pissed off so was i    [07 May 2006 02:07:44]

NO PEPPER
I am a steady customer almost daily and they have not had pepper for at least a month. The girls said we can't get those little packages. I am now going to A&W and considering taking those packages over to Burger King!    [17 Jan 2009 23:11:53]
