Service is good, but food is not so great.

Horrible
This restaurant was great with the previous owners but now new owners have moved in about a month ago, and it's gone downhill ever since!

The customer service has gone down since the new owners have the servers doing dishes and food prep as well. Was a great place to go to but now sorry to say will never go back!    [18 Oct 2004 22:59:10]

Disaster!
Two days ago we tried to have lunch here. [It was] almost one hour before we ate! One of our party of three had half-frozen lettuce and tomato in his best pantry burger! All our fries were undercooked!

The waitress did her best but between dishwashers that were broken down and not serviced, short staffed, etc., etc., all around were complaints, especially those on lunch breaks! The new manager diddled around had no idea what to do, gave no apologies to us or 4 others complaining at the cash desk, never attempted to offer any deduction.

Then, to crown it all, the debit machine didn't work properly either. Like the others, we won't be returning either -- it was a total disaster!    [13 Nov 2004 18:27:31]

85 Minute Wait For Dinner and No Coffee.
We went for dinner at 5:30PM and did not get dinner until almost 7 PM. The waitress seemed surprised. No wonder, she even forgot to bring us tea and coffee. We saw others served before us and another table left without eating. NEVER AGAIN FOLKS.    [18 Nov 2005 23:30:44]
