The food was great, when our waitress finally ordered it a half an hour later. All their service we seen seemed stressed and chaotic. No one was personable or helpful we felt like a burden to our server. It was obvious no one was properly trained on their system. But the restauraunt has nice decor and with time they'll iron out the kinks. I recomend waiting a month from 06/06 to go.    [05 Jun 2006 12:04:53]

NICE PLACE TO EAT
THE FOOD WAS GOOD,THE PHILLY CHEESE STEAK WAS GOOD, BUT THE EDGES OF THE BUN WERE BURNT AND THIS TOOK AWAY FROM IT A LITTLE. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. I LIKED THE CHAIRS UP AGAINST THE HALLWAY, BUT ONE FELLOW WAS TAKING UP ALL 4 COZY CHAIRS. MAYBE YOU SHOULD MAKE UP A COUPLE OF TABLES FOR 2 WITH THOSE CHAIRS.    [15 Jun 2006 17:57:23]

Disappointment

Try the specials
You have to try the specials to appreciate the food that the chef has created. As for the menu the salads could be better. Perhaps some snazzier dressings or a salad that another restaurant doesn't presently offer. The turkey burger is good and the pasta is also. As for the portions, I think they are just right. After all they do offer two sizes. I think the service is okay and the ambiance for the type of restaurant is pretty good also. Not Bad
Went for lunch and had burgers and fries.
Good burgers, fries not bad, but not too keen on the seasonings on the fries.
Portions are VERY adequate.

What a joke.
Our server finally came to our table after ten minutes. Then it took half an hour to get drinks and when we finally got to talk to the waitress I asked if the food would be awhile and she told me not to worry they were just to crazy busy and it had to do with poor management. I work for the service industry and that was the worst thing you could say. After all that our food finally came and the prawns my wife had were old, my cajun chicken burger came as a grilled under cooked burger. On a good note my son's chicken strips were a hit.

Whatever Happened to Good Service?
Food is generally very good and good portions. Service at Moose n' Eddies generally sucks. Waitresses are very unfriendly and often downright rude...one time there the waitress kept standing at the bar eating her plate of food and ignoring customers ...after about an hour of her going back to her food until it was done she finally seemed a bit friendlier...come on management ...give these people some training in customer service and help to work with them....a lunch break would be good so they dont have to eat at the counter and ignore customers!    [11 Sep 2007 12:32:57]
