My husband and I just moved here from Alberta and this is the best Vietnames/Chinese food we've found. Everything is very good. The dinner buffet is excellent. Neither one of us are fans of buffets, but this one is great! The take out is also very good. [09 Feb 2005 21:52:27]

Tasty! I just discovered this place a few months ago. We moved up from the Coast a few years ago and really missed the wide variety of Asian cuisine that the Lower Mainland has to offer. This place definitely helps to fill the void. We have only sampled the Vietnamese food, and it was very good. [26 Feb 2005 15:37:35]

Simply put, the best honey garlic pork in town! Great food, awesome service, what more need be said? If you're ever visiting PG, check them out! [20 Jul 2005 14:23:56]

smorg can be a little dodgy The food here is usually pretty good, the ambiance reasonable and the service quick.
However, do stick as close to the dinner and lunch hours as you can if you're wanting the smorg. It isn't refreshed very often othertimes, and sometimes gets a little dodgy. [20 Jul 2005 22:44:18]

The food is good, but on more than one occasion I have been there half an hour before the buffet is supposed to close, and have been told that the cook doesn't want to put more food in the buffet, so what's there is there, and I can still have it with a discount. I realize some days are slow, but it's fair to expect the buffet to be filled and fresh when it is advertised as being open. That's really my only problem, though, as their food (chinese and vietnamese) is some of the best I've had in town. [12 Jun 2006 05:34:26]

Terrible Service No one seated me when I entered the restaurant. No one spoke to me the whole time I was in the restaurant - except when I went to the cash register to pay my bill. I had to get my silverware from another table and I had nothing to drink. Terrible service. [06 Oct 2008 21:32:59]

HEY, Prince George
Take out food not good The buffet food is ok, not outstanding. I did a take out once and I will never do that again. The meat tasted rancid like it was day-old (or more?) cooked and then reheated. Take out chow mein was soggy. [18 Dec 2008 22:33:00]

Changing Ownership Not Only Thing Changed! I used to patronize this place frequently. Food was always good even though sometimes you had to wait for the buffet to be replenished. Last two times I was there the food in the buffet was terrible. First off, it was scarce! Noodles were hard, vegetables were gelled to the pan, mushrooms cold and shrivelled from long sitting, deserts were enarly non-existent.... Won't be back. Sorry to see it go down hill 'cause it was a good place to eat at one time. [04 Mar 2009 18:32:30]
