Leong and Kim I would just like to take a few minutes to send a few words your way..
This past weekend we attended Leong and Kim dinner. We were the Professional Photographers (Memories By Moira) at Leong and Kim wedding. They were very very kind and invited us to their dinner.
What an amazing event... Leong and Kim had told us to eat but have an open mind. The food was outstanding. The people were awesome. To see a different culture was excellent!! (There was so much love and happiness in the room).
The staff at the China Sail were incredible. The servers were awesome, very friendly and always smiling. The Cooks, WOW, excellent excellent job...We really really enjoyed the whole event.
The China Sail should be VERY proud of all the people that made the evening such an awesome time.
Thanks again for the amazing evening
Sincerely, [05 Sep 2003 01:36:05]

Best sweet and sour pork I've eaten! Me and my girlfriend went there for valentines. I ordered a small plate of sweet and sour pork and it was delicious! If you want good chinese food go to China Sail. [01 Mar 2004 07:44:04]

Take out customer service amazing! On New Year's Eve we ordered take out from the China Sail. They were extremely busy, but the food was ready on-time, and as I was a few minutes early was offered a soft drink or coffee on-the-house while I was waiting. I've never had that sort of customer service having ordered take out.
The only complaint I have is that the food was not "hot" but just fairly warm. [03 Jan 2005 00:53:11]

Friendly Service & Great food. I've always had exceptional service and great food from China Sail, whether it be inhouse or take out. One of my favorite dishes is the steamed garlic prawns in black bean sauce but I have not had anything that I would not recommend. [04 Feb 2006 23:02:43]

Probably the best Chinese food in Prince George Although not Chinese, I grew up on Chinese food and cook it myself, so I have high standards and don't like Chinese food that is too Canadianized. China Sail doesn't have unusual dishes or anything really spectacular, but it does have a wide range of very good, authentic dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service good.
