what part of two Ultimate combos dont you understand?
My husband and I stopped around 2:00 P.M. on a Saturday not long ago and ordered two ultimate combos. We got home and as usual our order was screwed up. we were mising one order of fries. the worst part was thr burgers were crusty around the edges and soggy on the inside as if they were on a warmer for hours. Screwed Up Orders Galore.
I agree 100% with the previous reviewer's comment that orders are usually bunked up. We've had errors with our combos almost every single time, and they've been big ones (including missing burgers). However, what convinced us to stop going was when our whole family got sick after an evening take-out dinner.

We arrived at the DQ around 8:00 p.m. and ordered cheeseburgers and fries for everyone. We found it very peculiar that the order was bagged and ready to go within 30 seconds, especially since the dinner rush was long over and the restaurant was almost empty. When we got home, all the burgers were a mess, with ketchup and mustard oozing everywhere, and the lettuce was slimy. We were starved so we just scraped everything off and ate the burgers plain (and they tasted awful).    [23 May 2007 02:11:52]
