Yuck!
This place was not good. The service was slow, the food was cold.

I've heard others complain as well, including someone who ordered a breakfast that was supposed to come with 3 sausages, and only arrived with two and a half!    [26 Feb 2005 15:40:50]

I go to Denny's about once a month sometimes more. I've had bad expierinces here before just as i have with any restaurants but here it was acknowledged, and something was done about it, very friendly people work here.

My comments to the last person (anonymous) to coment. Did you ever think the staff was not friendly because you made it difficult. I've never worked in the food service industry and I'm fully aware that the customer is not always right. There are people that come to restaurants just to complain my comment to that stay home and learn to cook for yourself.

Lastly there are NO breakfasts that come with only 3 sausages, and even if there was and someone only got "two and a half," I sure that the world will continue to turn.    [24 Apr 2005 18:00:45]

Way Too Greasy.
The food was swimming in grease even when i asked for min. grease to be used which i know can be done since i have actually worked at a Denny's branch in Vancouver. Some of the servers are very nice though. Just the food needs improvement.    [13 Aug 2005 09:48:08]

Need To Hire More Staff?
As a former resident of PG, I was never impressed with this Denny's. The staff is friendly, but there are never enough. I have associates who came into PG and ate there and had the same "complaint" I did. Mgt. Don't be so cheap!. I never had this problem at other Denny's.    [16 Oct 2005 23:20:33]

Good value for your money. The portion size is good if not too big. I have two growing kids and they eat really well in Denny's. Service is good and fast and it's clean. Servers are friendly. A Reliable Standby
Denny's isn't a gourmet restaurant but it is a reliable place for a nice solid meal. I've never had a problem with the service here other than occasionally waiting a bit too long for the cheque. They are good about substitutions, if, say, you want tomatoes or cottage cheese instead of fries.    [23 Mar 2007 23:18:39]

i recently ate at Dennys and although the food is slow and i wasn't offered a refill of coffee what really grossed me out was when my granddaughter handed me a newspaper from beside the booth dated MAY 31 2007-thats almost 10 months ago!! has no-one cleaned in the last 10 months?? Favourite Breakfast Place
My gf and I go here at least 2 times a month for breakfast. Love it.
No it's not gourmet and isn't served with a spot of parsley with every meal, but the food portions are fullfilling, and the quality and presentation is there 90% of the time.

Service has it's up and downs like any restaurant, but mostly ups.
They have no problems changing your meal to suit your needs.

Service - what service?
I used to come to Denny's with my son to have a wonderful breakfast, before going fishing. More recently, my wife and I would come here for a quick dinner. Up until recently, we were quite pleased with the food and service. Sometime late last year, though, everything seemed to go downhill: service, food, portion size.
