Poor Communication
The last 3 times I have ordered pizzas from here and told the order taker it would be on my Visa, the delivery driver has shown up looking for cash and unprepared to take Visa. The last time he had to go back to the restuarant and then phoned me from there to get all my information for the second time. Pizzas are generally good but some supervision of the staff is required.    [04 Feb 2006 23:09:34]

Poor communication indeed
The last 3 times we've ordered from Domino's, there have been errors with our order. They usually manage to get the pizza right (and I must say that it has always been very delicious) but if you're ordering any extras, watch out. Twice we have gotten cheesy bread instead of Cinnastix, once we got BBQ wings instead of hot wings. The last time our side-order was messed up, I called to complain. Their idea of compensation? Getting the missing item to us an hour after our initial order arrived. I would have preferred a certificate for a free pizza in the mail.    [11 Mar 2008 02:51:29]
