WOW, A must do in Prince Rupert!
Had a delightful stay at the once Cow Bay B&B, right next door was the Cow Bay Cafe. Adrian served up whatever she could get her hands on and the menu changed daily. Reservations are a must as during the in season, a table only turns about 1x. There were about 14 tables as I recall, try getting one out on the dock! Also, she has stacks and stacks of cook books, don't be afraid to pick one up for some inspiration!    [07 Mar 2004 00:59:58]

It Doesn't Get Any Better Then This.
We arrived in tiny Prince Rupert with our two kids, then eight and ten, and showed up one evening at the Cow Bay Cafe. It was late, and Adrian just said, "what would you like to eat?" She is an unbelievable cook, blending hints of her Indian roots with good old down home cooking. We went there for every meal, and loved every minute. Adrian is one of the nicest people we've ever met. And wow, can she cook!    [27 Jul 2005 23:05:50]

Fantastic
We ate at Cow Bay Cafe twice during a week in Rupert. Absolutely marvellous - compares favourably with any restaurant we know in Vancouver, only much friendlier! Adrienne is a real charmer and a marvellous cook.    [10 Jan 2007 22:28:46]
