Not very good The food was soggy and greasy. The service was terrible. The cashier was very rude and nasty to me. It was quite dirty and none of the tables were washed. It was very expensive for barely any food. [29 Oct 2003 15:15:47]

Going DOWNHILL When I was a kid, I loved going to DQ, just like most of us did. I have left town for awhile and come back...I wish I hadn't. Gross food and just plain bitchy cashiers. Does anyone clean around here? I don't know what's worse, the dirty tables or the employees conversing with eachother from across the restaurant. And by that, I mean yelling about what needs to be done. I think it's time for the owners to sell and move on ; they obvioulsy don't care about quality anymore. [09 Aug 2006 05:01:57]
Food: Service: Ambiance: Overall: Recommended Dishes: blizzards, even though they took away the kid's size and call it ' small' for $4.00

Horrible place They should probably lose their franchise or at least be forced to clean up considerably. The food is greasy but the big problem is the nasty non-decor. Really a disgrace.
Way overpriced for the quality of the food, service and general cleanliness.
Yuck. [03 Mar 2007 21:51:35]

Just plain disgusting. To begin, i have loved DQ since i was a kid. However, this restaurant destroyed my love of the DQ franchise. The restaurant in Quesnel is very dingy and not lit very well, and it seems cramped, as there is not enough room for all the tables. It seems clean, however due to the lack of light it makes it seem filthy. Onto the food. I am surprised i didn't get an infection eating there. The "cook" was rubbing her nose, and not washing her hands while handling food(cross contaminating between buns etc. and raw meat. I voiced my complaint with the "manager" on duty at the time and was dismissed. She would not return my money after i objected to the food preparation procedure. This restaurant also charges for extra ketchup forks and napkins. My girlfriend and i use to go in there with friends and get a large poutine to split between 4 or 5 of us. We asked for extra forks, they wanted to charge us 1.00 for 4 extra forks. Ketchup... 15 cents extra per packet, its not even DQ brand ketchup, its the PC brand you get at Costco in the big $10 for 10,000 packets box.
The service is horrible as well, the employees seem upset, and everything is overpriced.
All and all, this restaurant should be shut down for health violations [10 Apr 2007 18:47:16]
