I Used to Love this Place Years ago this was a wonderful place with really good Greek food and a very pleasant ambiance. The ten years have been disappointing. Still, Ulysses is very popular. [08 May 2007 00:36:14]

Terrible Pita My husband had the calamari which was good but I ordered a lamb pita with greek salad. The salad was okay. I took a bite out of the pita (it was really a tortilla) and just about gagged. The only taste that came through was ordinary hotdog mustard and lots of it.
I opened the sanwhich and found the usual ingredients swimming in mustard and about 8 small french fries as well. Could not believ it.
I picked out the lamb (wiping the mustard off it as best I could) and ate the salad. Horrible.
The waitress said "Oh that's so delicious". She went on to tell us "it says on the menu that there's mustard and french fries inside". And so it does, in a way. I was thinking of a touch of Dijon to add kick to the tzatziki and thought it was worth trying. As for the french fries, I didn't notice where they were located. I guess I just assumed that soggy fries were not a great addition to a pita sandwich.
Duh. [29 Jun 2007 12:37:04]
