Best Mcdonads in Canada I reccently was on a road trip to van City, I stopped in, at Summerland Mcdonalds with my kids. The service was above and beyond, my kids really enjoyed coming back into the back making their own ice creams. They called it a 'magic moment'. I like how the Summerland Mcdonalds went out of their way to make us feel like #1. I'll definitely be telling my friends about the Summerland Mcd's, and recommending them to drop by if they get the opportunity to pass through. The restraunt was extremely tidy and the service was excellent. [06 Nov 2006 03:28:32]

Lovin!It
It's only 15 mins to Penticton I have periodically tried this location over the past few years and it is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They consistently screw up my orders, the fries are always cold. They generally mix up my orders and mangle the burgers. I don't go anymore. [04 Mar 2007 22:33:01]

Worst Ever The person who reviewed the Summerland McDonalds as being the best in Canada should buy a lotto ticket because they were obviously extremely lucky the day they visited.
This McDonalds is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The service is extremely slow. The staff are rude. Your order is nearly always wrong and/or cold. In the time it takes to go through the drive-thru, you could just about drive to Penticton, pick up your meal at the McDonalds there and be half-way back to Summerland.
Adult supervision is sorely needed in this restaurant. [15 Mar 2008 01:43:17]
