I LOVE YOUR FOOD
I LOVE YOUR FOOD AND THINK THE SERVICE IS GREAT I LOVE THE ENVIROMENT AND THE PEOPLE. I AM A CONCERNED GUEST. I AM REGARDING ABOUT TAKING THE CHICKEN PESTO PENNE OFF THE MENU AND THINK THAT IS A BAD IDEA! EVERYONE I KNOW LOVES THAT DISH AND WE ARE DEEPLY DISAPOINTED THAT IT WILL NOT BE SERVED ANYMORE!I THINK IT SHOULD STAY AND DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE TAKING IT OFF THE MENU. A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL MISS IT AND I THINK YOU SHOULD CONSIDER NOT REMOVING THE PASTA DISH I HAVE MENTIONED. PLEASE RESPOND I'M WAITING TO GO TO BOSTON PIZZA FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS FAV DISH. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME    [12 Aug 2003 16:05:46]

somewhat innovative
Typical casual dining, featuring pizza, some italian dishes, and meats, but better done than most. The clientele is mostly younger teens, a few couples, and lots of families. Men tend to like their food, the decor is more like a sports bar with tv's & neon. I don't find the portions to be that big, & it is a bit pricey. They do have limitless fries & pop. The best thing here is their creative pizza, it's fattening, but the perogy variation is well worth it. Bacon, potatos, caramelized onions, sour cream cheddar, mozzarella, on pizza dough, it's delicious! They also welcome split orders, so you can order half and half pizzas of two different flavours. Their calzone is pretty good too, I've tried the chicken sante fe.

For the poster above, here's a quick recipe for pesto chicken, saute boneless chicken slices, garlic and onions in olive oil for 5 minutes, sprinkle with a bit of basil flakes, remove chicken, add a splash more oil to pan saute mushrooms til cooked, add chicken back to the pan, and lower heat, mix in ready made Alfredo sauce (either package-Oliviere, or a bottled version like Classico), some sliced green olives if you want, and two tablespoons of bottled pesto(Classico makes a good one), taste and add more if you want, mix in cooked pasta of your choice (bow ties or penne works best), serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.    [07 Dec 2003 14:28:49]
