da Pasta Bar is wonderful
We recently dined at da Pasta Bar on reccomendations of friends, and it was excellent.

We shared the baked goat cheese appetiser, and it was done to perfection. The combinations of flavours was spectacular.
I had the wild BC salmon entree, and my wife had the House Pasta - both were steaming hot, cooked to perfection, and we are going back for more this week as it was so good.
The service was oustanding, and the BC Wines tasters menu was an excellent opportunity for us to try out several new wines.

All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant, and we will be long time regulars from now on.    [07 Mar 2004 14:19:25]
