The Best in Town
I knew Frank's shop when he was still in Holland. In his town he was a legend for all the fine foods he was preparing. He was always searching the best of the best ingredients for his specialties. Then he decided to immigrate to the most beautiful place he knew: BC! We still miss Frank's fine bakery here.

The Best!
We have gone up to Silver Star mountain for 4 summers now- the best thing going up there is definitely Frank and Caroline's restaurant(s)! They are the most friendly and the best cooks! Everything is wonderful.

Who else could get you to eat soup when it's 90 degrees outside! But it's such good homemade soup you have to! Not to mention all the amazing baked goods- breads, croissants, strudels and of course those amazing cream puffs!
