Understaffed
The food and ambiance are standard A&W: moderately good burgers & fries, great onion rings, etc.

But they to hire more staff! Go in about 8 pm, and there'll be one on cash who doubles handling drive-in orders and is therefore seriously overbooked, one cook, and one who stands around mouth-breathing.

I've walked out any number of times because of the long line up with only one person trying to handle it all.    [24 Jun 2008 13:50:41]
