The pizza is really different, it is much lighter than a regular pie. I found the chicken pizza delicious and just the right texture, hot and flavourful. I was even able to take some home because the serving (about the size of a large tortilla loaded with toppings) was quite a lot for me. Also, the two guys who were serving that night were very good looking, easygoing and funny.

The only downer for me was that the restaurant was too cold, the air conditioning was on and it was November. I was not very comfortable, physically.    [17 Aug 2002 17:48:09]

Baja Grill
DO NOT order food from this place!! When we received our meal via delivery our portions where tiny. When we called to complain about the sizes they said that they could do nothing about. That they have never had a complaint like that before.

Well the fries where about a handful, Nachos would fill up a child and the chocolate cake was the size of my fork!!! I am still in negotiation with them as to how to correct this problem and they still refuse to return my money!!! I even offerd to return the food to them untouched and they said no!

The only option they would give was a $5.00 gift certificate. Wow that will get me another sliver ofbchocolate cake. Not sure what is up with the customer service at this place but if I were you I would NOT eat at this establishment. You'll just get ripped off!!    [11 Jan 2004 19:13:59]

Baja Grill Follow up
Well I've finished negotiations with the Baja Grill. After one of their managers called me "chinsy" for not taking their $5.00 gift certificate I decided I'd had enough said thank you for your wonderful customer service and hung up the phone. Very tasty food
Every time I have been to the Baja grill I have been impressed with the food and the service.
I love to sit on the patio and watch the sun go down in the summer.

Horrible service
Went with a group from work for a staff members Birthday. Service was not only slow but the waiter serving us was somewhat on the rude side. He sat on the other side of the bar and spoke on his cell phone the entire time. We had to flag him down to get service. 10 of us that went will never be going back.    [21 Jan 2008 14:07:19]
