Love Soy?
I tried this place only once. I ordered their chow mein, chop suey, and a couple of other dishes and all of them were drowning in soy sauce. There was no flavour from meat or vegetables, and no other seasoning or sauces. [10 Oct 2004 01:07:29]

We have regularly eaten in and ordered from Szechuan City and have always been impressed with the food. The meat never has odd textures that cheap chinese food can have and the flavours are always good. We have travelled extensively throughout South East Asia, and although the food is different in Western Chinese Resaurants (Canada and the US) we feel we are justified in making a good recommendation for this restaurant. Pleasantly surprised!
A large party of us (16) went there and ordered about 15 different dishes.
We were surprised and delighted in the quality and speed of the service. At the end of the meal we were happy that the bill was not as much as we expected it to be. [19 Oct 2005 13:48:19]

Friendly and filling
My wife and I have eaten here for years, even when it was called something else (but I forget!). I find the food fresh and varied- whenever we have friends visit, this is one of the few places we take them. Staff has always been very nice to us. [04 Jun 2006 17:10:12]

Great buffet
We've enjoyed Szechuan City's lunch buffet many times - it's always great. Even better is one of their other locations for a lunch or dinner buffet.
