Tasters Choice Winner
This is a great place to enjoy a great meal. Although not too big in size it is huge in taste. Recently won the Tasters choice at the Taste of Kelowna 2003.

Unreal This is all I can say! Everyone from the hostess to waitress to the chef was great and went the extra mile to make sure everything was just how I liked! The Prime Rib is second to nobody and the service was beyond awesome! I will be frequenting this restaurant!    [26 Mar 2004 21:00:33]

have had better!!!!!!!
Have eaten at Cattle Country's downtown location and this was the first time to Westbank. Downtown has been exceptional but at the Westbank location the service was poor and the wait for the meal was 1.5 hrs. The kitchen staff were obviously having a good time because there was a lot of hootin' and hollerin' going on and the chef was running around with an ice cream pail on his head! Each time we asked how much longer we were told 10 mins. we were ready to leave when they showed up with our meal, but my wife's did not arrive for another 5 mins.

The veggies and sauces were cool. They offered to refill our pop and coffee but then charged us the extra. Will continue to go to the downtown location but won't be back to Westbank.    [06 Sep 2004 23:49:38]

Best night out
Have gone to Cattle Country twice, both times in Westbank and both my husband and myself were quite impressed, both times we had attentive wait staff our food was ready really quickly, and cooked to perfection. Also tried appies, and dessert and the salad bar, everything was perfect. Prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Second visit
Our first visit was in the summer of '05 when some friends took us, food was good and service was excellent, on our second visit shortly after we moved to the area in spring '06, we were totally disappointed. The salad bar was gross, the dishes were dirty and there was no Yorkshire pudding to go with the prime rib. To top it off we actually had to ask for an adjustment in the bill to compensate for the lack of yorkshire pud (they took $3 off).    [04 Jun 2006 20:17:33]

Waited all night!!!
Went there on August 7/06. Two other tables were there, a total of 12 people including my wife and baby. We were sat at our table, no service for about 10 minutes. We ordered 1 appy, 2 meals, salad bar was half filled up. We waited over an hour for our appies, our server told us the kitchen was very busy, hard to believe that because there was nobody in the restaurant. Best Steak in Town
This is the place we take visitors to. We have standing reservations for birthdays and our anniversary.

Food is excellent, service unobtrusive but always fast. $50 for dinner for two including appies and dessert, but not including alcohol.    [18 Sep 2006 16:35:59]

not really impressed :(
My boyfriend and I came to Kelowna for a getaway weekend and decided to go out for a nice dinner. As it turns out we picked the wrong restaurant. We originally were going to go to the Keg and then decided that we can go to the Keg at home. We drove past Cattle Country and liked the looks and decided to try it. We walked in and waited about 10 min to get seated and another 15 min to get a drink order and there were only 4 other tables there. We then had to wait about 1.5 hours for our food.
