Understaffed
Food was decent but there was only one waitress. Couldn't get a coffee refill, couldn't get water, good thing there was no problem with the food.    [07 Oct 2004 20:30:56]

Have to agree, very understaffed
My wife and I went there on our anniversary. There were two waiters for the entire restaurant, on a Friday night.

Rude manager
Went there with my parents, wife and two children. Food was average (way overpriced - two small veal medallions with very little flavour for $18.95) waitresses were good, but the manager was a complete ass.

After a complete dinner with alcohol and desert and just before we were about to leave he comes over to ask us to leave the table because he had a 7pm reservation (it was 7:02pm by my watch) and we'd "spent two hours there already" We spent close to $200 that night and he treated us like crap upon exit.

When given an opportunity to make things right afterward when my wife complained, he complained about us taking too much time and that he had to ask us to leave because he had to do "what was right for the restaurant" which gives you an indication of the focus of customer service.

Will never eat there again and will make a point of telling everyone about the Basil Fawlty in charge who thinks his paying customers are an inconvenience.    [21 Jan 2006 23:47:42]

Awesome
I loved it. The server was really nice. Kind of romantic at night. Fettucini Alfredo was sooo good. Spaghetti so good also. Would recommend for anyone who likes pasta. I don't know about any other food. Their starters were good also. Kitcehn looks like Hells Kitchen.    [30 Dec 2006 20:52:00]
