We live in Peachland B.C just out of Kelowna and patronize the Tim Hortons outlet in Westbank.

What have [they] done to [their] donuts? To be perfectly frank they have gone from "the best" to "the worst" overnight. The donuts are so bad we will no longer be a customer.

Please go back to the original method. Whatever [they] are doing now is not acceptable. Don't mess with quality.

This is intended as constructive criticism.
