Cozy Atmosphere and Wonderful Service
This special restaurant is one of my favorite places to relax and enjoy the view over Semiahmoo Bay. I am especially fond of their outdoor seating area. In the summer, just perfect, and during the cooler months, they have clear breeze shields and heaters so you can still sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The view is one of the best on Marine Drive since Fronds is elevated so you can see over the tracks to the bay.

Inside, the restaurant is cozy and very clean with the music set at a low level so you can dine in peace and have quiet conversations.

Service is prompt and friendly. I've never had to wait, and the waitresses really seem to enjoy working there. One big plus is that the owner is normally on the premises, and he makes sure that things are going smoothly.

I've always had a great meal their, but the BC Wild Salmon has to be my favorite!

While Whiterock parking is a pain in the neck, Fronds has a good situation since there is a small parking area just across the street where you can normally find a spot. Just make sure you feed the parking meters since the Whiterock parking attendants are very aggressive!

Overall...try Fronds! You won't be disappointed!
