Kan't Swallow Kelsey's
Our visit to this resturant was not without its charm. The waiter who served us was exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. My overall rating of "poor" is due to the food. I was hungry when I went but waited patiently for small portions. The worst part is I didn't even finish due to tooth-chipping stale bread. I am no chef, but I wonder if who ever conceived the menu was either.    [07 Feb 2004 15:53:57]
