What Happened to the Friendly Service?
I have been a patron of Dim Sum Garden for about 3 years. Not a reqular customer, but I do go with my family (wife and 2 children) about once to twice a month. I had always experiencd good service and great food until the last few visits. I won't go in to great detail here, but suffice to say I will never go back.

The food was cold , the server was rude (and for some reason we had to ask 4 times for hot sauce) and then we had to contend with the extremly unfriendly owner at the till. Sorry guys, but I'll gladly spent my 1200-1500 Chinese food dollars per year elsewhere. There are lots of competitors in Chinatown. Sorry for the negative feedback, but it was needed.
