As an avid fan of Chinese food, I have sampled the menus from every such resturaunt in the area, plus a few in nearby Bersford. Yet every time there's nothing in the fridge and my parents haven't made groceries yet, and every New Year where Chinese food is pracically a family staple, it's Kimbo's we find ourselves going to. They have a wonderful buffet, and are the only resteraunt I recall ever seeing with almond cookies free with the tea (the cookies being the only authentically Chinese staple in most Chinese resteraunts). The service is wonderful and the decoration of the establishment is very Asian inspired, with Zodiac charts as placemats so as to amuse yourself while you wait.
