Waiting for spring
Sanfar is a great place to go, but it's only open seasonally (like the Salmon Lodge) so get it while you can. It's often packed at dinner, therefore reservations are a good idea.

The food is very good and homemade by old fashioned country cooks. No wishy-washy nouveau cuisine here, it's straight up and extremely tasty. The salmon in parchment is out of this world. At lunch, the bread and soup special is a steal. I dare you to go away hungry.    [07 Dec 2004 11:23:08]
