Terrible food
The waitresses were gross, they sat at a table where I could see them, smoking!
Had an opportunity to talk with the owner, what an arrogant asshole, excuse the language, but have no other description. My suggestion, find a McDonalds, at least you know the food is consistant.    [29 Jun 2003 18:10:31]

So-so
I had the fried clams and instead of fries asked for a side salad. The clams were good, but small. The side salad was mostly chunks of celery and tomato (yuck). This restaurant should create some kind of "signature" salad that is their own.
My date had the trout which came with its head still on. I did hear that this was the way it was done in the area. His mashed potatoes were lukewarm.
Service was quite good, although other people who came in after us were served first.
Other people had told us to have the chicken, apparently it is recommended.
The decor could use an overhaul. It's time for the owner to put some money into the interior of the restaurant. Some colour, new curtains, etc. would not hurt. It looks like it's back in the 80s.    [29 Sep 2005 14:46:23]
