One of Saint John's finest......
I love this place....it has such an inviting atmosphere, great food, good service and reasonable prices. As soon as you walk in you feel as though you've just stepped into some 5 star bistro in New York's Soho district....ok maybe that's a stretch, but they really hit the mark with the decor. The food is excellent. Obviously Italian fare is the safe bet but even the seafood is great. The pizza is uniquely their own and depending on how adventurous your pallet is, you won't have any trouble finding interesting pasta and traditional Italian dishes to satisfy every taste from mild to wild. The wine menu is very good. Mixed drinks are ok (but as is the case with the Grannon Group restaurants, premium spirits are seldom found, however, the coffees and espresso's etc are very good. This is a great place for lunch or dinner but dress warm in the winter....this is a big/old building and lunch time is usually chilly.....we've been eating there regularly for 2 years and if it's cold outside (read winter months) it's consistently cool inside. They feature sidewalk dining in the summer months and the bar area is very attractive for a cocktail anytime. Dress code: from casual to dressy- anything works and you’ll see a mixture.
