Too Long of Wait! 1 hour 50 min.?
We arrived at approximately 5:15 pm, on Sunday June 22 2003. Our table had food particles left on it from previous customers, so we politely asked to have the table cleaned up. Our waitress did so. We looked at the menu and ordered a chicken sandwich and a honey mustard wrap. There was only 2 other tables besides ours at this time. We also ordered a appetizer. About ½ hour later our waitress said that the appetizer we ordered cannot be made due to no tomatoes? We decided not to have the appetizer just the reg. order. Meanwhile a few more customers entered the establishment. Along with a group of about 4 males customers they all made their orders. While we were waiting our waitress never checked on us to see if we needed anything. So we flagged her down to order another set of beer. We noticed that other customers were receiving there orders before us. These people had thought their wait was too long and complained. Leaving us still sitting there. So we finally told them that if our order was not ready in 10 min. we would leave. It finally arrived at 7:10pm? 1 hour 50 min later! I kept the receipt and the time on this states we placed our order at 5:22pm.When it arrived I had the wrong kind of chicken wrap, I ate it because I was so hungry, however our waitress never checked on us to see if everything was alright or not. Then when it came time to pay our bill, all of the customers bills were all mixed up. The waitress is now crying. I am very upset that we had to wait this long and there was no apology made to us at all. This was very unacceptable service and perhaps the staff needs to be retrained. I know that I work for a very well known company and deal with people from out of town constantly and would not recommend this restaurant to them at all.    [22 Jun 2003 17:39:33]
