Dissapointed on my Birthday
Last night we went to Eastside Mario's in Dartmouth to celebrate my 30th birthday. We got a new waitress who was really nice. We ate our bread and salads and then our 2 year old's meal arrived. She was almost finished eating by the time we received our food.

It was at least a half hour wait for our meals after hers had arrived, which when it's busy is understandable but there was only around 10 tables in the restaurant at the time. We ordered the apple cheesecake for dessert which is served warm. It arrived and the outside of it was overcooked and the middle was frozen. It was awful so we returned it for something else.

We had gone to this restaurant before for another birthday and they were given a wheel to spin and won a prize. I was not offered this.

By the time we paid our bill our daughter was getting really upset because we had been there for 2 1/2 hours for 3 of us to eat.    [05 Apr 2004 11:55:26]

Horrible Experience.
The bread was hard, the salad wilty, the pastas were overcooked and no one came around to ask if we needed anything not even cheese for the meal.    [29 Jun 2006 17:35:56]
