New Cook?
We used to stop in here for lunch on the way to Yarmouth. The fish and chips were pretty good with a nice crispy batter.

Sadly, that isn't true anymore. Little things are missing: no lemon, no tartar sauce, cold rolls, hard butter. The menu has changed as well. They now advertise fish and 'fries' instead of the Canadian fish and chips.

Desserts used to be good too - great lemon meringue pies and gingerbread. Now the gingerbread is cold and soggy.

Newly Renovated - Warm, Welcoming Relaxed Atmosphere.
With new renos this place is now bright and inviting. Food was very tasty with just the right amount of flavours. Service was prompt and efficent. Best thing, prices are great. Best homecooking and homemade desserts I have tasted in a long time.
