A Wondeful Exotic Taste Experience! Recently, my husband and I had the opportunity to visit Halifax. We came across the Anatolia Restaurant and decided to try it as we both love a variety of foods from around the world. What an amazing experience! The waiter took the time to explain the dishes and flavours. He was great. The food was wonderful. You could smell the kebabs on the grill as they were cooking and the anticipation was satisfied with delicious mouth watering fare. The restaurant itself was clean and yes, the washrooms were clean, too! The decor was friendly and comfortable. My only complaint is that Anatolia Restaurant is in Halifax and not here in Toronto!! Wonderful Taste, Heavenly Aroma We were told about Anatolia by chance, and luck was ours in droves. The yougurt/walnut/olive oil appetizer was superb, the spicy kofta was excellent, the lamb kebabs were tasty and succulent, and the pilaf was divine. (I guess we liked it, right?)
Tapestry tablecloths added to luxurious feeling. [19 Aug 2007 08:46:39]

Highly Recommended!! It was the first restaurant I've tried in Halifax, and it was amazing. We had lunch special, and we couldn't finish it although we have big stomach. Meze, lamb kebabs and baklava. mmmm Server was very nice too. It was our fist time having Turkish food and she explained what we'll be getting. I'm going back to Halifax in a few month, and first meal will be at the Anatolia restaurant. [06 Mar 2008 17:22:21]
