Nothing special Lebanese and Mexican cuisine is a rather odd combination, but at least they aren't expected to share a plate.
The decor is clean and unpretentious, but the tables are a mite small.
The Mexican entree that I had was nothing to write home about and it came to the table cold. My date had the same comment about his lunch special.
The server was extremely nice (possibly a co-owner) and brought over some complimentary microwaved appetizers, only mushy from the microwave. I really want to like this place but the food is mediocre. I'd like to see it improve. [07 Dec 2004 14:41:02]

They can't get Mexican right I had the burrito and wished they just cut off a slab of the overcooked donair meat and tossed it on a piece of the Our Compliments white bread that they use. Polite people but who wouldn't be when they are using dollar store dishes and dusty food. Each dish must bring in a good profit. [10 Jan 2005 17:35:42]

Nice looking place - too bad the food is just not the greatest. The bar is beautiful and the decor is quite nice. There were three at our table two ordered lebanese and I ordered mexican. The food wasn't very hot and the dishes looked really cheap. It seems to me like they need to dish out some extra dough for quality product to make their food. As previously said - the profit is most likely quite large on these dishes. [11 Mar 2005 19:09:58]

Great Experience! My husband and I have been going to Antonio's since they opened and we enjoy both the Lebanese and Mexican dishes. Our favorite especially is the shawarma and chicken kabob, both highly recommended. [13 Mar 2005 20:41:31]

Wonderful First time I went to this restaurant. At first glance, looks expensive...small, sweet tables, very private - very clean. Dishes, tables, utensils - spotless. We had the platter - wonderful. First time I ever tried Lebanese food. People should try and eat something different and I did, no regrets. Life is too short. Service was fantastic. Not pushy. Gave us a complimentary appetizer - homemade yogurt with crispy bread. Did not rush us out. We are professionals working in the downtown core - we will return. [16 Jun 2005 17:49:54]
