I guess this isn't fair for me to review a restaurant I work at, so I'll tell you what is popular and what people come back for.

Crispy Ginger Beef - popular and one of my personal favorites.
Guongdong Chow Mein - ask for the noodles soft.
Kung Po Chicken - popular.
Cantonese Chow Mein - for vegetarians.
