Don't Eat the Chowder.
I stopped in on my way to the airport after a week long vacation around N.S. I tried the seafood chowder which I found to be extremely salty. My daughter had coleslaw and a sandwich. The sandwich was good except for the tough crust. She found the coleslaw to be almost inedible due to the copious amount of dressing it was swimming in.
We found the service (after looking for a while) to be rather slow. Our poor experience may have been due to stopping in shortly after the lunch rush when the staff were trying to get reorganized.    [14 Oct 2005 14:05:38]
