Best Food in Sydney, Too Bad About the Ambiance
If you can get past the ringing and dinging of a thousand slot machines near by, inside the All Star Grille you'll find some of the best food in Sydney at very good prices.

The dining room is very much like a diner, however the food is straight out of a high end restaurant. The service is hit or miss, depending on how busy it is, at peak times they are frequently under staffed. However the food always makes up for it. Portions are more than ample, one order of potato skins are enough to feed a table of 4, entrees are always generous.

The food itself may be very affordable, the key is trying to get in and out without sinking $20 into one of the many slot machines between the door and the dining room. Of course since it lies within a casino, you cannot take children or even teenagers with you, which limits its availablity to families. One of the best spots to eat in Sydney no doubt about it. It's a shame it's in a noisy casino. Not a place you take a date out for a romantic evening. However the food is fantastic and affordable, and if you are like me you will be entertaining yourself with the menu for a long time. Lots of tasty options, hard to decide!    [17 Dec 2007 00:48:30]
