Great Family Atmosphere and Truly Good Food.
Bobby C's is currently our fave resto in Bowmanville. We first ate here in Nov. 2003 during our search for a new house in Bowmanville. Well, we loved Bobby C's. Let me preface this by saying that since I'm typing this in Jan. 2004, I've forgotten the exact details of some of the dishes. But I remember our great jumbalaya, and a totally interesting curry/cumin and sun-dried tomatoe Gnocchi (note to the chef: it was extremely salty).

We also had a really good salad with mandarin slices on it.

We've since returned about 4 times, and honestly have never been disappointed. Prices are decent, and their menu reflects the locals' quasi-obsession with seafood. Montreal has great food, but I must say that there wasn't near the same amount of seafood dishes available to diners out there. It's fantastic.    [05 Feb 2004 17:15:15]

Best Restaurant in Clarington
I am a local and I have to say that this is one of the best restaurants in Clarington. The food is great, the people are great, and if you are ever looking to have a great Sunday brunch - this is the place to go. They accomadate large parties of people in there dining lounge or on there Margaritaville style patio (local hotspot in the summer months). Live entertainment regularily and a wonderful view of the Marina. Although I have heard of friends recieving poor service from time to time, the great food/atmosphere keep us all going back time and time again.    [16 Oct 2006 15:29:06]
