Buster Bars
I was visiting my daughter in Bracebridge and I purchased a package of 6 buster bars and could hardly wait to devour one when to my and daughter's disappointment, found out that the bars we ate had no chocolate fudge underneath the chocolate and peanuts on the top and the same for the middle of the buster bars.

This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with the quality of the bars, as a matter of fact, I have always preferred going to Dairy Queen to purchase these delicious bars than to go anywhere else as I knew of the great taste and quality which was in every bar. If this is how your buster bars are to be in the future, I will not be supporting [their] franchise. I hope this just happened to be a fluke. I am from North Bay, and so far no problems - I will try the bars again and if the same as in Bracebridge, it will be last time your franchise will get any of my business anywhere.    [06 Aug 2003 21:07:53]

Cleanliness and Service
My husband and I visited this particular franchise, and were disgusted. Ice cream was spilled on three surfaces, and there was half a banana on the counter that had been there so long, it was dried up. There was a very large puddle of sticky liquid on the floor that had almost dried, so must have been there a very long time.

The staff seemed confused and were abrupt to the people in front of us to the point of rudeness. One girl asked us what we wanted, we ordered, and she simply walked away and made someone else's order. The next approached us, and said hang on before we could tell her, and went to the other side, and seemed to be doing nothing. The first came back, after serving two others, and said, what did you want? We told her -- again -- and she asked a third to make it. This third girl made a blizzard, we had ordered a soft cone, dipped. The first girl came back, asked us what we wanted. We said nothing thank you, and left.

Great Atmosphere!
