Home away from home
Visit for at least 1 week out of every year. Food is great-desserts a wonderful surprise, never eat anywhere else in town anymore. Good coffee, good burgers, great breakfast, friendly folks. Nothing fancy, just good, basic meals served promptly. Eat anywhere else in town and then come here--you'll eat here forever.    [19 Sep 2003 11:56:37]

Since new management took over this New Year things have changed for the worst!. The service is a hit and miss suprise.

We went on a week day and a very young waitress could not describe some of the new dishes in the menu. She even sounded a bit grossed out to talk about them!!! She never came back to check our orders. My friend's was semicooked and still cold brrrr- no apologies were offered even though they changed the orders.

Other people have complained about the size of the portions and paying the same 'ol prices-- but you are getting less food i.e: half of a baked potato with your entree !!...
During a breakfast, they never brought my juice, I got the wrong toast, and my friend's bacon was cold.    [29 Mar 2007 23:19:41]
