Poor Service
This is the perfect example of small town drama. I buy a drink for a friend who the waitress knows and dislikes and all of a sudden I get marked and no one will serve me. I even confronted the waitress about the service and she told me I should not have bought my sober friend a drink.

When I get a hold of the manager to lauch my complaint it turns out she is also a waitress/manager and my complaint is not even heard and the waitress denies everything to her manager when I was clearly singled out. Service has never been top quality at this restaurant but I had to admit the food is a medium quality and not poor like the service.    [09 Oct 2004 15:24:28]

I have never had a bad meal at thie establishment. I travel for a living and therefore eat at many restaurants in the province. The wait staff at this eatery have always been friendly and willing to engage in a conversation with an out of towner. Although some of the staff are more frindly than others, all are willing to provide the customer with a pleasurable dining experience. The food is good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. In a town with limited choices, I would suggest that Frankies is the only acceptable diner.    [29 Jan 2006 16:43:34]
